ORDERS & SHIPPING
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes! We ship to all countries.
Which carrier do you use?
We use a variety of shipping companies (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and we are always looking for ways to get your order to you faster!
How long before I get my order?
We ship same day if ordered before 2:00pm on weekdays. If ordered on a weekend, your order will ship Monday. Most orders shipped in the USA will arrive in a week.
Where is my tracking information?
Your tracking number will be sent via email when your order ships. You can also track your shipments progress on our website’s order tracking page.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of the items that you order, where you live, and the speed you choose for shipping.

Yes, we use natural ingredients in all of our products.
Do you test your products on animals?
No, we do not test on animals.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are manufactured in the USA.

How should I store these products?
We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your policy for returns/exchanges?
Returns for your item(s) may be placed within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The customer will be responsible for and return shipping costs unless an error on the part of Sweet As Sugar Body Butters is the reason for the return, and neither the original nor the return shipping charges will be refunded to the customer.
